Vinyasa Yoga powered by Equinox
Saturday, April 10th at 10 am. A balanced vinyasa yoga class for the body and mind taught by Alina Karaliuk. Coordinate movement with breath to flow through a sequence of poses in an open class that builds muscle strength and soothes the mind. Feel centered with a meditation practice at the end of class.
Full Body Workout w Paula V
Saturday, April 17th at 11am. A workout using body weight that will focus in all muscles and will make you sweat! This workout improves muscular strength, endurance, balance and coordination with collective energy and in-sync to music. Pushing your limits and comfort zones, to achieve a total body-workout!

Thursday, April 22nd at 8am. Celebrate Earth Day at BCC! Join us for a morning of yoga and meditative reflection with Instructor Alec Spivack intended to ground you and connect you to Mother Nature!

Saturday, April 24th at 11am. Join us for a low impact Mat Pilates class focused on building inner core strength. This class will challenge your whole body through creative and innovative movements. Moving from the core will leave you feeling strong, poised, and recharged.
