Brickell City Centre Adds The Henry to Growing List of Retail Tenants Coming to The Shops in 2021

Miami’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the city’s bustling financial district, announced new retailers and first-of-its-kind restaurants opening this summer and beyond, on the heels of the 500,000 square-foot shopping centre’s recent reopening May 22.

Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, along with retail co-developers Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group, have announced Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Suit Supply, Stitched and Pinko to join Brickell City Centre’s 500,000 square-foot shopping center that will open this November in the heart of Brickell. The five tenants follow a series of announcements revealing more than 80 retailers and eateries coming to the $1.05 billion mixed-use project.

On the heels of Brickell City Centre’s recent unveil of luxury and con-temporary retailers joining its 500,000 square-foot shopping center, developer Swire Properties Inc, along with Whitman Family Development and Simon, announced two additional eateries joining its diverse food and beverage offerings: Pubbelly Restaurant Group’s Pubbelly Sushi and local organic coffee shop, Pasión del Cielo. The two join the project’s previously announced food and entertainment options, renowned traditional Uruguayan restaurant Quinto La Huella and signature rooftop bar Sugar, both of which will be located at Brickell City Centre’s flagship hotel, EAST, Miami.

On the heels of Brickell City Centre’s recent announcement of luxury brands Valentino and Chopard joining its open-air shopping center, developer Swire Properties Inc, along with Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group, announced the next group of confirmed retailers. The retailers includes a mix of contemporary American and inter-national brands: yoga and fitness apparel chain lululemon athletica, Italian casualwear brand and celebrity favorite Harmont & Blaine, American lifestyle retailer of premium men’s and women’s footwear, bags, outerwear, eyewear and accessories, Cole Haan, handmade Italian sunglass retailer Illesteva and Colombian swimwear designer OndadeMar.
